I'm Bethany, an Associate Licensed Counselor with a degree from The University of West Alabama. I have a passion for guiding individuals on their journey to mental and emotional well-being. I work with clients ages 7+ in addressing a range of issues, including: anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma. Through a client-centered approach, I strive to create a safe and empathetic space where individuals can explore and navigate life's difficulties. Having embarked on my own therapy journey, I understand the transformative power of seeking help and finding healing. My name is Kevin Wehby. I’m currently working towards my master’s degree through UAB’s counseling program for clinical mental health. While I maintain an eclectic approach to counseling, prospective clients can expect elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and Structural Family Therapy. My goal is to develop a treatment plan as unique as the individual I’m working with in a supportive environment conducive to growth and exploration.
